What You Will Learn
Participants will receive structured training in:

Key Responsibilities During Training
- Attend and actively participate in all scheduled sessions
- Complete assigned activities, simulations, and assessments
- Practice handling healthcare-related calls and administrative tasks
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Meet the academy’s attendance, performance, and graduation requirements
- Maintain confidentiality when working with training materials and simulated patient information
Qualifications
- At least one year of customer service, call center, BPO, administrative support, or related experience
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Comfortable communicating with customers or patients by phone
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow established processes
- Willing to learn medical terminology and healthcare workflows
- Able to attend four hours of training daily for the full 30-day program
- Has a reliable computer, stable internet connection, headset, and suitable remote workspace
- Open to working schedules based on US client requirements after placement
Applicants with healthcare, insurance, billing, appointment-setting, or patient-support experience are encouraged to apply, although these are not required.
Graduation and Placement
To graduate from the academy, participants must:
- Meet the required attendance standard
- Complete all assigned training activities and assessments
- Demonstrate the required communication and technical competencies
- Pass the final client-readiness evaluation
