We are a private equity-backed company operating 27 businesses across medical, real estate, and consulting.
One of our fastest-growing businesses is a premiu ---------- dical aesthetics company, and we're looking for someone to take ownership of one of the most important parts of our growth:

Designing and continuously improving our entire patient conversion journey.

This is not a traditional customer service, sales, or customer success role.

Instead, you'll own the complete journey from the ---------- nt a prospective patient first contacts us until they book an appointment—and you'll constantly optimize every interaction along the way.

If you're fascinated by customer psychology, conversion optimization, funnel building, behavioral science, sales systems, and creating exceptional customer experiences, this role was built for you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Every day, prospective patients contact our clinics through:
Phone calls
Website forms
SMS

Facebook Messenger
Instagram
Live Chat

Email

Your mission is to understand how these patients think, identify where they're dropping off, and design better conversations and systems that convert more inquiries into booked appointments.

You'll analyze conversations, review phone calls, study customer objections, optimize scripts, improve follow-up sequences, coach coordinators, and build scalable conversion systems that improve both the patient experience and business performance.

You'll think like a psychologist, marketer, sales strategist, UX designer, and funnel builder—all in one role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Journey Optimization
Map the complete customer journey from first inquiry to appointment
Identify friction points and conversion bottlenecks
Improve every stage of the patient experience
Increase appointment booking and show-up rates
Conversation & Script Optimization

Design and continuously improve:

Phone call scripts
SMS conversations

Email sequences
Live chat responses

Facebook & Instagra ---------- ssenger conversations
Voi cemail scripts
Missed call workflows
Appointment reminders
No-show recovery campaigns
Reactivation campaigns
Customer Psychology Research

Understand:

Why patients hesitate
Why they ghost conversations
Why they compare competitors
Why they ask only for pricing
What builds trust
What creates urgency
Which objections prevent bookings
Turn these insights into better conversations and higher conversion rates.
Funnel & Conversion Optimization

Improve:

Speed-to-lead
