We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will assist with a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, handling communications, organizing data, and supporting day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Handle incoming email s, phone calls, and other communications.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Perform data entry and maintain organized files and records.
Respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and provide support.
Maintain customer records and track interactions.
Assist with content creation, editing, and posting on social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement.
Conduct online research and compile relevant data for projects, reports, or other business needs.
Gather information about industry trends, potential clients, competitors, etc.
Help coordinate projects and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Track project progress, manage timelines, and communicate with teams as necessary.
Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Must be comfortable with speaking to clients over the phone and corresponding through email .
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and task managers (e.g. Asana, Trello).
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms (e.g., CRMs, content schedulers).
Reliable internet connection and home workspace.
