Affiliate Relationship Manager

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Company: Fast-growing DTC brand in the custom auto-accessories space (premium personalized products, Shopify-powered storefront)

About the Role
We're hiring immediately for someone to build and manage our affiliate/creator relationships from the ground up. This is a relationship-driven role — you'll be finding creators and affiliates, reaching out, onboarding them, and keeping them engaged and producing.

What You'll Do
Source and recruit affiliates/creators (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) relevant to the auto/car accessories niche
Manage outreach and onboarding — pitch, negotiate terms, get affiliates set up with codes/links
Build and maintain ongoing relationships — check-ins, content requests, performance follow-ups
Track affiliate performance and flag top performers for expanded partnerships (bonuses, exclusive codes, etc.)
Coordinate with our SEO/Affiliate Specialist (Job 1) on program structure, commission tracking, and reporting
Maintain a pipeline/CRM of prospective and active affiliates

Must-Have Skills
Experience recruiting or managing influencers/affiliates/creators for a brand
Strong outreach and relationship-building skills (comfortable cold-messaging and negotiating)
Organized — able to manage a pipeline of many relationships at once
Strong written English

Nice-to-Have
Experience with Shopify Collabs or similar affiliate tracking tools
Existing network of creators in the automotive, lifestyle, or DTC product space
Experience with affiliate discovery tools (Modash, Insense, TikTok Seller Center)
