Social Media Manager (North American Brands) — UGC, Growth & Community

About Hellamaid

Fast-growing home cleaning brand across 55+ cities in Canada, expanding into the U.S. This is a remote role based in the Philippines - you'll be managing our entire social presence from there.
Because our cleaners aren't always available to film, you'll need to be resourceful: working with existing footage, customer-submitted content, stock, voiceovers, trends, ---------- s, and creative formats that don't always require fresh on-site shoots.

What You'll Own

• Manage all our socials (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook ) via OneUp (scheduling tool)
• Edit and produce UGC-style content from limited source material (CapCut/Premiere)
• Grow the accounts — followers, saves, shares, inbound DMs
• Community management + proactive engagement in home/lifestyle/local niches
• Micro-influencer outreach and collabs
• Weekly content calendar + monthly performance reports

You're the Right Fit If

• You've managed social accounts for North American brands and can prove it
• You deeply understand Canadian/U.S. tone, humour, and online culture — non-negotiable
• Strong, natural written English (no obvious AI phrasing)
• You think in hooks, not captions
• You're resourceful: you can make great content without constant new footage
• You've actually grown an account and can show the numbers

Not for you if: you rely on AI 100% for everything, need constant coaching on brand tone, or have only worked with non-North American audiences.
