Divine Garages is a growing luxury and mid-luxury rental car business based in the U.S., serving both gig workers and traditional renters. We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Virtual Executive & Personal Assistant to help with daily operations and directly support the CEO.

Duties & Responsibilities
Business Operations

  • Respond to rental inquiries and leads
  • Screen and vet potential renters (background checks, document verification)
  • Walk clients through booking process and upsell long-term rentals or add-ons
  • Handle contracts, NDAs, waivers (e-sign tools)
  • Monitor GPS/telematics systems and submit weekly location reports
  • Send out payment invoices
  • Request client feedback and organize reviews

Executive/Personal Assistance

  • Schedule CEO meetings, calls, and calendar tasks
  • Manage inbox and prepare agendas or meeting summaries
  • Support CEO with administrative or personal tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times

Daily Accountability

  • Submit mid-shift progress updates
  • Submit end-of-shift reports summarizing tasks completed and pending items

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Customer service experience
  • Reliable home setup (quiet space, strong internet, working headset & webcam)
  • Strong English skills (verbal & written)
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
  • Comfortable with calendar and inbox management
  • Basic experience using CRM systems
  • Familiarity with tools like DocuSign, Zoom, and Trello/ClickUp is a bonus

Compensation & Growth

  • Starting Pay: $3.00/hour
  • Growth Potential: Up to $10/hour (based on performance and added responsibility)
  • Part-Time to start, with potential for more hours and responsibilities
