About the Role

We are 21 Fun ( ---------- ) and Casino Party Dealers ( ---------- ) — a fast-growing casino party entertainment company based in the United States. We provide casino-themed events for corporate clients, fundraisers, and private parties, and we operate a nationwide network of trained casino party dealers.

We are hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant to serve as the front-line representative for two key functions:

1. CASINO PARTY SALES SUPPORT ( ---------- )
You will be given a pitch deck and a script. Your job is to walk potential clients (companies, event planners, and individuals) through our casino party packages via video or phone call, gather the information needed to provide a quote, and hand off qualified leads to our team for follow-up.

2. DEALER RECRUITMENT SUPPORT ( ---------- )
You will walk dealer applicants (people who have already applied on our website) through our onboarding pitch deck, explain the benefits of joining our dealer network, guide them through our free training resources, and collect their contact details so our team can send them a training invitation.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct scheduled video/phone calls with casino party prospects and dealer applicants using a provided pitch deck and script
  • Gather event details from prospects (date, guest count, venue, budget, games requested)
  • Collect contact information from dealer applicants and confirm next steps
  • Log all call outcomes and contact details into our CRM (GoHighLevel)
  • Follow up with prospects and applicants via text and email using provided templates
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from our website, social media, and ad campaigns
  • Manage appointment scheduling for our sales and onboarding calendar
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or clear accent preferred)
  • Confident, warm, and professional on video and phone calls
  • Experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel experience is a strong plus)
  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or appointment setting
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
  • Available to work US business hours (Pacific or Central Time preferred)
  • Self-motivated and able to follow a structured process independently

This is a long-term position with a stable US-based company. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their communication skills, follows processes carefully, and genuinely enjoys talking to people.
