Operations Manager — Fast-Growing E-Commerce Company (Remote)

We're a fast-growing U.S. e-commerce company selling premium home-improvement products (saunas, grills, appliances, and more) from 100+ brands, with orders ranging from $500 to $15,000+.

We're scaling fast and looking for a sharp, self-directed Operations Manager to own our entire operation so it runs smoothly without constant oversight.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on making things work, catches problems before they happen, and takes real pride in a well-run operation. If you need to be micromanaged, this isn't for you. If you want to run something and grow with it, keep reading.

What you'll own:

Post-order operations — every order from placement to delivery, making sure each one is fulfilled correctly and on time
Problem-solving — shipping issues, freight, damages, returns, vendor errors; you catch and resolve them before they escalate
Team coordination — keeping our team on track and our systems tight
Brand relationships — building direct relationships with our brands, knowing exactly who to call and getting fast responses
Growing our brand base — researching and onboarding new brand partnerships

Compensation:
This role grows directly with the business — as you help us scale, your pay scales with you. Base pay is set by the previous month's revenue, so as the company grows, so does your hourly rate.

Starting at $4/hour, scaling up to $10/hour (possibly more) as revenue grows

Your rate each month is based on the prior month's revenue — you share directly in the growth you help drive
