Appointment Setter (US Market – Night Shift)

APPOINTMENT SETTER (US HOURS)
The job is simple. People fill out an application, you call them, qualify them on the phone, and book them for a call with our closer. You are not cold-calling strangers. Everyone on your list already raised their hand.

SCHEDULE
6 hours a night, from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Same window every day, so you can build a routine around it.

HOW TO APPLY
1. Send a short video, 1 to 2 minutes, introducing yourself. Audio is okay but video is better. We just want to hear your English.
2. If you are a fit, we set up a quick video call and walk you through the platform and what your day will look like.
3. You start right away.
If you need the work and you are ready to do it well, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU NEED
Fluent, natural English. Your voice has to carry energy and change with the conversation. Flat and monotone will not cut it.
A computer of your own. A microphone with noise cancellation. People should hear you clearly, not the noise around you.
A real work ethic and someone we can count on to show up.

PAY
$300 a month, paid every two weeks. On top of that you get a Bonus for every lead you qualify that our closers turn into a paying client. Set good appointments and you earn more. That simple. (400$ if you can work 8 hour per day instead 6).

HOW WE WORK
Everything runs on our own platform, and everything is tracked: who you called, how many calls you made, when you made them, how long the phone rang, how long each call ran, plus transcripts of all of it. None of that is there to catch you out. It is built to strip out the busywork and help you set more appointments. But the same tools that make your job easier
also make it impossible to fake the work. If you plan to run a second job in these same hours, or log in whenever you feel like it, there is nowhere to hide, so do not apply. We want people who actually want to work and take it seriously. No clowns, no one after an easy ride.
