COMPANY INFO:
We are a dynamic and growing Dropshipping Fashion store committed to providing exceptional products and service to our customers. As part of our expansion plans, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dispute Manager to join our team.

We are doing over 1 million in revenue and want to process 10 million in 2026 so we are looking for a highly ambitious Person dedicated to his/her job.

Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for a customer-focused, proactive problem solver. Experience matters, but attitude and attention to detail matter even more.

Requirements:
Fluent English (written & spoken)
eCommerce customer service experience (dropshipping is a plus)
Experience handling PayPal & Klarna disputes
Shopify experience and chargebacks
Experience with Freshdesk, Zendesk, or Gorgias
Strong problem-solving skills
Reliable internet connection
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customers via email and social media
Process returns and provide alternative solutions
Handle PayPal & Klarna disputes
Create discounts and draft orders
Coordinate with fulfillment agents
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Strong problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset

WORKING HOURS

• 1-3 hours/day [Part Time]
• Monday–Sat/Sun (One weekend day required)
• Able to work a shifting schedule (available for night shift PHT time)

PAY:
