Outbound Sales VA – Lead Gen + Cold Calling (Website/IT Services, Atlanta USA client)

We need a VA who does BOTH lead research and outbound calling — not just list-building. You'll find Atlanta small businesses without websites (food trucks, salons, mechanics, liquor stores) and call them directly to confirm interest and need before handing off a qualified lead.

Responsibilities:

Research and build lead lists (business name, phone, niche, no-website confirmation)
Cold call each lead to verify: do they want a website/IT service, and do they actually need it
Log call outcomes and notes in our tracking sheet
Hand off only qualified, interested leads

Requirements:

Fluent, confident spoken English (you will be recorded doing a live call test before hire)
Prior outbound/cold-calling experience — required, not optional
Comfortable with rejection and consistent daily call volume
Own reliable internet + headset for calls (Skype /Google Voice/dialer provided or discussed)
