Role Overview
I am looking for an Account Manager with digital marketing experience who can confidently manage client relationships while keeping projects organized and moving forward. This role is central to ensuring clients feel supported and informed, and consistently see progress.

Key Details

  • Full-time remote role
  • Salary: To be discussed during your interview
  • 40 hours per week
  • EST-aligned schedule (night shift for PH applicants). Apply only, please, if you can work graveyard shift (9PM-5AM PHT)

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build strong, long-term relationships
  • Understand client goals and provide proactive support

Onboarding and Project Coordination

  • Lead onboarding for new clients and set clear expectations
  • Coordinate with internal teams across SEO, AI, marketing, and development
  • Track progress and resolve delays or bottlenecks

Performance and Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs such as rankings, leads, and retention
  • Deliver reports with clear insights and recommendations
  • Help clients understand how strategies drive growth

Team Collaboration

  • Communicate clearly between clients and internal teams
  • Escalate and follow through on issues until resolved
  • Participate in regular team check-ins

Retention and Growth

  • Identify opportunities to expand services based on client needs
  • Support upselling of SEO, AI, and lead generation services
  • Focus on long-term client success and retention

Requirements

  • Solid experience in account management, preferably in a marketing or agency setting (at least 3-5 years)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
  • Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
