About the Role

We're a new company to fashion industry in the USA which brings herritage European designs with a modern touch of convenience.

We're hiring one person to drive growth across both sides of the business: closing wholesale relationships and managing our retail presence, while also owning the social and content voice that brings our DTC brand to life.

This is a hybrid sales-and-marketing seat, split roughly evenly between two functions:

B2B Sales & Outreach (~50%)

Directly contact boutiques, independent retailers, and resellers to pitch wholesale partnerships (we have a list).
Manage the full outreach cycle: prospecting, cold email /DM outreach, follow-up, negotiation, onboarding.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and partner accounts (CRM or structured tracker).
Represent the brand professionally in every external communication — tone and polish matter.
Support marketplace account management as we expand to wholesale platforms.

B2C Marketing & Content (~50%)
Plan and execute social media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) — content calendar, captions, community engagement, trend awareness
Write and optimize product listings and on-site copy for our Shopify store, with SEO best practices for luxury/fashion search intent
Stay current on retail and fashion e-commerce trends and suggest campaigns, collabs, or content formats that fit our brand voice
Collaborate with the founder on launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand storytelling

What We're Looking For

Fluent, polished English — written and spoken. This is non-negotiable: you'll be writing customer-facing copy and pitching real business partners. Native English not required if your fluency is excellent.
Proven e-commerce and/or sales experience — outreach, account management, or DTC marketing background. Direct fashion/luxury experience is a strong plus, not a requirement.
Social media fluency — you understand platform-specific content (not just posting the same thing everywhere) and can speak to current trends without being told what they are.
Shopify familiarity — comfortable editing listings, understanding storefront basics; admin experience preferred.
SEO literacy — understands on-page SEO for product and content pages, especially how it applies to fashion/luxury search behavior (keyword intent, descriptive copy that still converts).
Self-directed — this is a founder-led startup; you'll need to work independently, propose ideas, and manage your own pipeline without heavy oversight.
Comfortable with both cold outreach and creative work — the split matters. We need someone who won't burn out doing sales email s one day and content calendars the next.

Compensation will be a combination of competitive hourly rate (up to $5/hour) plus bonus based on results.

Nice to have:

Experience with wholesale platforms (e.g., Faire) or retail marketplaces
A portfolio or examples of past social content / product copy you've written
Familiarity with CRM or outreach tools (any — we're not locked into a specific stack yet)
