Full-Stack Developer — TaskFlow (TickTick Competitor + GHL Integration)

Type: Contract, potential to go full-time
Location: Remote

What We’re Building

TaskFlow is a next-generation task and productivity platform — think TickTick, rebuilt with features power users and business teams have been asking for: AI-assisted scheduling, voice-to-task, a Calendly-style booking link, deep GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM integration, and advanced team delegation. The web app is in active development. Your job is to get it live and expand it to mobile.

Three distribution channels, in order:

1. GoHighLevel Marketplace — native GHL integration with two-way task sync, plus GHL influencer launch push
2. Web App (SaaS) — standalone subscription platform
3. Mobile Apps — iOS and Android via App Store and Google Play

If you have never shipped to the GHL Marketplace or the App Store, this is not the right role.

What You Will Be Doing

• Get the existing Next.js ( ---------- ) codebase deployed and production-ready
• Build and maintain the GHL API integration and Marketplace listing
• Convert the web app to React Native for iOS and Android, and own both App Store submissions
• Implement AI features, voice-to-task, and the public booking page
• Own backend: database, API routes, auth, and Stripe billing
• Work directly with the founder with a high degree of autonomy

Hard Requirements

You must have shipped at least one app to the App Store or Google Play. A live app real users can download — not a side project that never launched.

You must have experience with the GoHighLevel API or Marketplace ecosystem. GHL integration is a primary go-to-market strategy, not a nice-to-have.

Tech stack: React / Next.js ( ---------- ) / TypeScript, React Native (Expo preferred), Node.js ( ---------- ), PostgreSQL or Supabase, Stripe, Vercel or Railway, GoHighLevel API v2.

1. A 3-5 minute video, on camera. Cover: who you are and what you have built, show a live app you shipped on your phone, your honest take on TickTick, how you would approach the GHL Marketplace integration, and why you want to work on this.
2. Links to two shipped projects — at minimum one mobile app and one web app.
3. A short paragraph (5-8 sentences) on how you would get a GHL Marketplace listing approved and live.

Compensation

Contract to start, with a path to retainer or full-time for the right person. We are not looking for the cheapest option. We are looking for someone who can execute at a high level and who is genuinely excited about what we are building
