We are looking for a rockstar VA to handle after-hours and weekend lead response, inbound/outbound calling, and CRM management. Your main mission: ensure no lead is left behind, qualify them quickly, and get them booked!

???? Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Speed-to-Lead: Respond instantly to new incoming leads via text, email , and phone during after-hours and weekends.

Appointment Setting: Qualify leads using our natural scripts and book them for their next steps.

Inbound & Outbound Calling: Confidently make and receive calls to move prospects through our pipeline.

CRM Mastery: Keep detailed, clean notes, update pipeline stages accurately, and ensure zero clutter.

Lead Reactivation: Reach out to older opportunities to spark new conversations and win back business.

???? What We Are Looking For:
Flawless Communication: Outstanding written and spoken English. You must sound natural and conversational on the phone (not robotic or overly scripted).

Availability: Must be able to work full-time hours, specifically covering after-hours and weekends (US Time Zones).

CRM Savvy: Proven experience managing pipelines, updating stages, and maintaining strict data hygiene.

Tech-Ready: A reliable, high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a professional headset for clear calls.

Proactive Attitude: You don't wait to be told what to do; you see a lead and you chase it!
