You will contact businesses across North America, speak with receptionists and other gatekeepers, identify the person responsible for marketing or business growth, and help schedule qualified introductory meetings for our sales team.

- Number of completed calls
- Meaningful business conversations
- Decision-makers correctly identified
- Accurate contact information collected
- Qualified appointments booked
- Appointment attendance rate
- Quality of CRM notes and follow-up
- Professionalism and consistency
Call volume matters, but we care more about productive conversations and qualified appointments than simply maximizing the number of dials.

- Performance bonuses for qualified appointments and successful results
- Initial paid trial period
- Opportunity for ongoing, long-term work
- Additional responsibilities and advancement opportunities for strong performers
