As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Paralegal / Banking Compliance & Funds Release Specialist with strong experience in handling cases involving frozen, held, or restricted corporate bank accounts, particularly in the United States, United Kingdon, European Union, Hong Kong, and other major jurisdictions.

Position Overview

As a Paralegal / Funds Release Specialist at Suits Finance, you will play a critical role in assisting clients whose company bank accounts or funds have been frozen, held, or restricted by financial institutions or payment service providers.

You will work closely with bank representatives, compliance teams, and internal stakeholders to prepare documentation, draft formal correspondence, and support account remediation and funds release processes. This role requires a strong understanding of banking procedures, compliance requirements, and legal documentation related to corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Funds Release & Banking Compliance Support

• Handle cases involving frozen, held, or restricted corporate bank accounts and funds.
• Assist in preparing and organizing documentation required by banks and financial institutions for account remediation and fund release.
• Coordinate with bank compliance teams, payment processors, and third-party institutions to support resolution processes.
• Track case progress, deadlines, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions (US, UK, EU, HK).

Legal & Paralegal Functions

• Draft formal letters, affidavits, declarations, and explanations required for banking compliance reviews.
• Review and organize corporate documents (Articles of Incorporation, Operating Agreements, Shareholder Registers, KYC documents, etc.).
• Support legal research related to banking regulations, compliance requirements, and account restrictions.
• Maintain accurate records of case files, correspondence, and supporting documents.

Client Communication & Case Management

• Communicate professionally with clients to gather information and explain required steps for fund release.
• Provide clear updates on case status, requirements, and next actions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure cases are handled efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Banking Compliance Specialist.
• Strong familiarity with cases involving frozen or held corporate bank accounts and funds.
• Knowledge of banking compliance procedures, KYC/AML requirements, and corporate documentation.
• Experience working with banks, payment processors, or financial institutions is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for formal and client-facing correspondence.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Experience with cross-border clients or international corporate structures is preferred.
