Virtual Assistant – Cold Calling & Phone Support

Smooth Finish Painting, a growing residential and commercial painting company in Northwest Indiana (USA), is looking for a Virtual Assistant to handle outbound cold calling and overflow inbound calls.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective residential and commercial clients
• Answer overflow inbound calls when our main team is unavailable
• Qualify leads and schedule estimates/appointments
• Log call details and outcomes accurately in our CRM
• Follow provided call scripts while keeping conversations natural
• Stay professional, friendly, and persistent through high call volumes

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English required — must sound clear, natural, and confident speaking with U.S. customers
• Previous phone experience required (cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service)
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
• Comfortable with rejection and repetitive outbound calling
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• CRM experience a plus
