International Amazon FBA Wholesale & Brand Outreach Specialist (Part-Time)

We’re looking for an experienced International Amazon FBA Wholesale Specialist to help us find, contact, and secure deals directly with wholesalers, distributors, and brands across the UK and Europe.

Your main focus will be identifying profitable wholesale opportunities and establishing trade accounts with legitimate suppliers who can provide products that meet our business criteria.

You’ll play a key role in expanding our sourcing pipeline by finding products with strong sales history, reliable supply, and good margins — specifically for Amazon FBA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify wholesalers, distributors, and brands in the UK and Europe (occasional USA sourcing).
• Contact suppliers via email or phone to request trade terms and product catalogues.
• Evaluate supplier catalogues using tools such as SellerAmp, Keepa, and Helium 10 to determine profitable products.
• Compile detailed spreadsheets with supplier information, pricing, MOQs, and account requirements.
• Identify and analyse profitable wholesale or brand-direct products that can be listed on Amazon FBA.
• Maintain organised records of outreach progress and responses.
• Communicate with the team regularly and provide status updates on progress.

Requirements:

? Proven experience in Amazon FBA wholesale sourcing or brand-direct outreach.
? Confident in using tools like SellerAmp, Keepa, and Helium 10 for product validation.
? Strong communication skills (especially written English) for contacting suppliers.
? Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
? Comfortable working part-time with consistent weekly output targets.

• Experience sourcing from UK and European markets.
• Prior experience obtaining or managing trade accounts.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or FBA workflows.
