Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to generate leads, qualify prospects, and book appointments through outbound calls.

Responsibilities:
Make 100–300+ outbound cold calls daily
Qualify leads and schedule appointments
Handle objections professionally
Update CRM with accurate call notes
Follow up with prospects as needed
Meet daily and monthly KPIs

Requirements:
Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation
Excellent English communication skills
Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, GoHighLevel, etc.)
Familiarity with dialers (Aircall, RingCentral, Five9, ReadyMode, etc.) is a plus
Reliable internet, quality headset, and quiet workspace

Outbound calls completed
Qualified leads generated
Appointments booked
CRM accuracy
Attendance and productivity
