About the Role

We are an expanding UK-based Amazon FBA business seeking a highly analytical and experienced Product Sourcer.

Please read carefully: This is NOT a standard sourcing role.
You will be sourcing for a relatively new UK seller account. This means you must have a deep understanding of Amazon UK category restrictions and brand gating. We do not pay for leads that we cannot sell.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

Sourcing high-margin Online Arbitrage (OA) leads from legitimate UK retailers.

Identifying products in open, low-risk categories (e.g., Stationery, standard Toys, Office Supplies).

Strictly avoiding heavily gated categories: Absolutely NO Beauty, NO Grocery, NO Health/Topical Supplements.

The Minimum Lead Criteria:

Minimum ROI: 30%

Minimum Net Profit: £3.00 (after all FBA fees and 20% UK VAT).

Consistent Keepa chart showing stable pricing and regular drops in BSR over 90 days.

No Amazon dominance on the listing.

Requirements:

Available for part-time hours (approx. 15-20 hours per week), with the potential to scale to full-time as the business expands.

Proven experience sourcing specifically for the UK Amazon market.

Expert-level ability to read and interpret Keepa charts.

Familiarity with SellerAmp, BuyBotPro, or similar analysis tools.

Excellent English communication skills.

How to Apply:
I am looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail who does not rely on copy-and-paste templates. To prove you have read this entire job description, you must include the word "BLUEPRINT" as the very first word in your application message. Applications without this word will be instantly deleted.

Please include a brief summary of your experience with the UK market and how you verify if a product is likely gated for a new seller.
