Job Title: Media Buyer (Google Ads) — Work on High-Spend, High-Impact Campaigns

Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 PHP / month
Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Google Ads or paid media

About AdCeptive Media/
AdCeptive Media is a Dubai-based performance marketing company. We run paid campaigns for global eCommerce and lead generation clients — real budgets, real CPA targets, real accountability. We hire slowly, pay fairly, and give people who execute ownership of their work.

The Role:-
We need a Google Ads Media Buyer who can take a campaign brief and run with it. You will launch, manage, and optimize Search, Display, and Call-Only campaigns for lead generation clients. You will work under direct supervision following our campaign SOPs. You are not expected to independently own a new vertical from day one. You are expected to follow a framework, hit KPI targets, and flag problems before they become expensive.
If you need hand-holding on every decision, are comfortable with vague campaign briefs, or cannot explain why a CPA spiked — this role is not for you.

What You Will Do:-

  • Launch and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Call-Only with proper structure and conversion tracking from day one
  • Hit CPL and CPA targets — not just manage campaigns, but optimize them down
  • Conduct keyword research, write ad copy variants, and run A/B tests on creatives, bids, and landing page hypotheses
  • Set up and verify conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and CAPI before any campaign goes live
  • Submit weekly performance reports with diagnosis and next actions — not just numbers
  • Identify scaling opportunities on accounts hitting targets and flag deterioration on those that aren't
  • Collaborate with landing page and creative teams to improve funnel conversion rates
  • Join client calls and internal reviews; communicate professionally across time zones

Must-Have Skills:-

  • Minimum 1 year managing Google Ads campaigns (lead generation experience preferred)
  • Solid understanding of Search campaign structure: match types, bid strategies, Quality Score, ad groups, negative keywords
  • Can explain CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CPC fro ---------- mory — and knows which metric matters most for which campaign type
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for conversion setup
  • Has run A/B tests and can explain what was tested, what happened, and why
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Can work independently in a remote, async environment across time zones

Nice to Have:-

  • YouTube Ads experience
  • Pay-per-call campaign exposure
  • Experience with call tracking tools (CallRail, WhatConverts, Redtrack,Ringba etc.)
  • Basic understanding of landing page optimization and funnel structure

What We Expect in Your First 90 Days:-
Day 1: Complete tool access setup, review one campaign and submit written observations to your manager by end of day, read and sign off on our Google Ads SOP.
First 30 days: Launch at least one campaign with full conversion tracking. Deliver weekly reports with specific optimizations taken. Bring one existing campaign's CPL down by a measurable amount — or write a clear diagnosis of what's blocking it.
First 90 days: Fully own your assigned accounts with minimal check-ins. Hit or beat target CPL/CPA on at least two accounts. Submit one scaling proposal for a high-performing account. Build a testing framework for at least one account.

Our Hiring Process:-
We run a structured process. Missing any requirement at any stage is an automatic rejection — not to be harsh, but because following instructions is the core skill this role demands.

1. Application review — compliance and experience check
2. Structured survey — technical skills, work ethic, self-management (40–45 min, no AI tools)
3. Paid trial task — a real campaign audit with a written plan and a Loom walkthrough
4. Culture interview — 45 min with the Hiring Lead, including a live walkthrough of your trial
5. Founder interview — 30 min, final call and offer discussion
The trial is paid. It takes 4–8 hours of real work. You will receive a simplified version of our Google Ads SOP before you start and your plan must follow it.
