Backed by our proprietary AI + human customer service system, we deliver reliable, high-quality support to customers around the world. We are now expanding our team and looking for a dedicated HR Specialist to join us in Clark.

About the Job

We are hiring an office-based HR Specialist in Clark, Pampanga. This is not a remote position — you will work from our office and play a key role in managing the full recruitment cycle and daily HR operations for our growing customer service team.

What You'll Do:

• Source, screen, and recruit customer service representatives across multiple channels (OnlineJobs.ph, referrals, social media, etc.)
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process — from posting job ads to scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
• Maintain employee records, attendance tracking, and performance documentation
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and employee relations
• Coordinate with the management team in China to align hiring priorities and timelines
• Support training coordination and new hire orientation
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs

What You Bring:

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
• Experience hiring for customer service or BPO roles is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, job boards, and communication tools
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Based in or willing to relocate to Clark, Pampanga
