About the Role

About Us

We are a fast-growing UK business operating in the Amazon FBA industry. We run both a successful Amazon business and a prep centre that works with established Amazon sellers across the UK.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys researching, solving problems and finding opportunities. This is not a standard admin VA role.

If you’re naturally curious, resourceful and enjoy figuring things out, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Role

Your main objective is simple:

Help us find high-quality Amazon sellers who could become long-term clients.

You’ll have the freedom to research using any legitimate methods you believe will produce results. This may include:

  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • Google
  • Amazon seller communities
  • Online directories
  • Industry events
  • AI tools such as ChatGPT
  • Any other research methods you believe are effective

This is a role for someone who enjoys investigating, thinking creatively and finding opportunities—not simply following repetitive instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify established Amazon sellers that fit our ideal customer profile.
  • Gather useful information about each business, including contact details where possible.
  • Organise findings into our CRM/database.
  • Keep accurate notes on each potential client.
  • Suggest new ways of finding high-quality leads.
  • Assist with business research and other growth-related projects as the role develops.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Excellent at online research.
  • Fluent in written English.
  • Highly organised.
  • Reliable and consistent.
  • Curious and proactive.
  • Comfortable using AI tools.
  • Able to work independently and solve problems.
  • Happy to ask questions when unsure.

Amazon experience is not required.

We care far more about your ability to think than your previous job titles.

Hours

  • Part-time initially (approximately 10 hours per week).
  • Opportunity for significantly more hours as the business grows.

Pay

  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
