Client Relationship & Growth Executive

Location: Remote
Salary: $450 USD per month, plus performance-based incentives
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (UK time)

The Role - You'll be speaking with warm leads who have already enquired about our mortgage and insurance services.

Your role is to:

• Build rapport with potential clients.
• Make clients feel comfortable.
• Qualify each lead by asking the right questions.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience on every call.

This is not a cold-calling role.

• Speaks fluent English with confidence.
• Brings positive energy to every conversation.
• Enjoys speaking with people and building relationships.
• Is reliable, organised, and professional.

• Is comfortable working towards targets.

Previous experience in customer service, sales, lead generation, or phone-based roles is beneficial but not essential.
