Ecom Ads Video Editor - AI Ads (Seedance, Omni, Kie.AI)

We run fast-moving ecommerce brands and pump out a high volume of short-form video ads (Facebook /Instagram/TikTok style). We're looking for a full-time video editor who can take AI-generated footage (Seedance, Omni, Kie.AI) plus our scripts/briefs and turn them into scroll-stopping, direct-response ads — quickly and consistently.

What you'll be doing:

• Editing short-form ecom video ads (15–180s) from briefs we hand you: AI-generated clips, voiceovers, b-roll, product shots
• Cutting hooks, pacing for retention, adding captions/subtitles, text overlays, sound design, and music
• Producing multiple hook/opening variations of the same ad for testing
• Making revisions fast when we send feedback — same day, not next week
• Keeping ads on-brand: clean typography, correct product shots, no sloppy details

What we require:

• Proven short-form ad editing experience (send links to ads you've edited — ecom/DR ads preferred)
• Strong attention to detail — wrong product shots, typos in captions, or off-brand colors are dealbreakers
• FAST turnaround. Ads need to go out quickly; you'll often finish multiple edits per day
• Punctual and reliable — you show up on time, every day, and communicate if anything comes up
• Ready to start immediately

• Fast, reliable internet connection + a computer that can handle video editing without choking (tell us your specs and speed test result)
• Comfortable working with AI video tools (Seedance, Omni, Kie.AI) or eager to learn them fast — we'll show you our workflow
• Good English to understand briefs and feedback without back-and-forth

How we'll hire:
