About the role
A UK financial firm is hiring an experienced Email Handler and CRM Specialist to manage daily business email s, client enquiries, outbound email campaigns, follow-ups and CRM records.
This is a serious full-time position. It is not suitable for beginners, part-time applicants, freelancers managing several clients or anyone working another job during UK business hours.
Main responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound business email s throughout the working day.
Write clear, professional and grammatically correct email s.
Respond to clients, prospects, suppliers and staff promptly.
Send personalised sales and follow-up email s to prospective clients.
Monitor replies and identify interested or urgent prospects.
Research companies and find the correct decision-makers.
Maintain accurate records in the company CRM.
Update lead stages, notes, outcomes and follow-up dates.
Ensure every lead has a clear next action.
Follow up prospects consistently by email , LinkedIn and other approved channels.
Book qualified meetings for the sales team and company director.
Maintain organised inbox folders and ensure important email s are not missed.
Prepare daily reports showing email s sent, replies received, meetings booked and outstanding work.
Work towards strict daily and weekly email , lead-generation and CRM targets.
Assist with email marketing campaigns and client communication.
Protect confidential company, client and prospect information.
Mandatory requirements
Applicants must meet all of the following:
Minimum five years of professional CRM experience.
Strong experience managing business inboxes and professional email communication.
Previous experience with lead generation, outbound sales email s or client follow-ups.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong grammar, spelling and attention to detail.
Experience using CRM platforms daily.
Ability to research companies and identify decision-makers.
Ability to follow detailed written instructions accurately.
Available full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm UK time.
No other employment, freelance clients or business activity during working hours.
Quiet and private home office.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Own computer, working camera and professional headset.
Available to start immediately.
Willing to provide verifiable employment references.
Degree holders will be prioritised during the selection process. However, highly experienced non-degree holders may still be considered if they can demonstrate exceptional and verifiable experience.
