Remote CSR Hiring (PH-Based) — Work From Home, Modest & Muslim-Friendly Brand

What You’ll Do

• Provide support to customers via phone, chat, and email
• Assist with orders, questions, and product concerns
• Turn challenges into positive customer experiences
• Stay updated on products, tools, and team guidelines

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Good English communication skills; neutral or US accent preferred
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Amazon or Shopify
• Bonus: Experience with modest fashion / Muslim clothing brands or understanding of hijab and abaya fashion market
• Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Zoho, or RingCentral is a plus
• Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace
• Backup device and power source
