Job Description
We are a fast-growing beauty supplement and personal care company. We are looking for a Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to support our expansion into new distribution channels and help us source potential China beauty and personal care brands.
This role is suitable for someone who is resourceful, organised, good at research, and confident in doing outreach and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
Research potential China beauty, skincare, personal care and wellness brands
Build lead lists of brand owners, distributors, retailers and business contacts
Find contact details through websites, LinkedIn, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Alibaba, Tmall, etc.
Send outreach messages and follow up with potential brand partners
Research new distribution channels in SEA
Prepare simple brand profiles and market research summaries
Update Google Sheets trackers daily or weekly
Assist the founder with business development admin and coordination
Requirements
Good English communication skills
Chinese is a big PLUS
Strong online research skills
Organised and detail-oriented
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Docs, Canva and LinkedIn
Mandarin reading ability is a strong advantage
Experience in business development, lead generation, sourcing, e-commerce, beauty, skincare or FMCG is preferred
Must be proactive and able to work independently
