What You'll Do

Build and manage a pipeline of qualified acquisition leads
Run comparative market analyses to spot real opportunity
Negotiate purchase agreements directly with property owners
Partner with our dispositions, legal, and construction teams to get deals to closing
Track every interaction and deal stage in our CRM
Hit (and beat) your acquisition targets

What You Bring

1+ years in real estate acquisitions, sales, or investing (preferred)
Sharp negotiation and people skills — you can build trust fast
An eye for property value and investment potential
Self-discipline to manage your own pipeline remotely
Comfort with CRM tools and real estate databases
