Experienced Bookkeeper (Remote)

We're a fast-growing U.S. bookkeeping firm looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to manage multiple client accounts across industries like Food & Beverage, Construction, and Real Estate.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online for multiple clients
• Bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations
• AP/AR, multi-state sales tax, and payroll processing (ADP)
• Month-end and year-end close, financial statements and reports
• Create and maintain SOPs for your assigned clients

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with a U.S.-based company (firm experience managing multiple clients preferred)
• QuickBooks Online Certification
• Experience with multi-state sales tax and payroll
• F&B, Construction, Real Estate industry bookkeeping experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Works independently, takes ownership, and communicates openly — flags issues early
• Dedicated, quiet home workspace with stable internet

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with workflow/bookkeeping automation tools
• Experience with Double App (formerly Keeper)
