Hey! We're District Social, a small Meta Ads agency based in the Netherlands. We work with awesome brands, and we're looking for a designer to join our creative team and help make ads people actually stop scrolling for.
If you love a good layout, don't mind a bit of back-and-forth feedback, and get a kick out of seeing your work go live keep reading.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Design static ad creatives for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Revise and improve ad creatives based on team and client feedback.
• Ensure all creatives are optimized for Meta ad placements and delivered on time.
• Add comments to ads uploaded in the creative library to document design ideas, useful references, and insights that help with future creatives.
• Eventually, setting up creative systems to help with workflow and workload

What we're hoping you bring:

• A portfolio with real Meta ad work — not just any design, but ads specifically. Showcasing images generated by AI and created manually
• You're comfortable in Canva and/or Photoshop
• A good eye for layout, color, and keeping things on-brand
• You take feedback in stride — no hurt feelings over a second draft
• Solid written and spoken English
• You can juggle a few projects at once without losing your cool

Would be great if you:

• Have played with AI tools like Freepik/Nano Banana for images
• Know your way around ---------- and ----------
• Are into food, wellness, or health brands
• Have prior agency experience
