About the Role

Needs to hire 3 Freelancers

Summary

Role Summary:
You will contact warm leads (people who already expressed interest) to sell commercial-grade lawnmowers, tractors, and landscape equipment. This is a high-conversion sales role focused on getting prospects to complete financing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make daily outbound calls and text messages to warm leads
2. Target audience includes: homeowners, farmers, solar farm companies, real estate developers, and property management companies
3. Leads come from Facebook ads, website inquiries, eBay, Amazon, and OfferUp
4. Present our full-service solution (North Texas based company serving customers nationwide)

Highlight our advantages:
1. 20+ employees dedicated to helping customers select, buy, finance, and lease equipment
2. Rental and service departments (customers never have to be without equipment)
3. Guide prospects through the process and close them on completing a loan/financing application

KPIs (Measured Daily/Weekly):
1. Number of warm leads converted into completed loan applications
2. All conversions must be tracked in the GoTo, Twidio & Privyr app.
3. Base hourly plus commission $10 per completed loan application + $50 upon purchase payment received.

Requirements for All Positions:
1. Proven experience in outbound sales
2. Excellent English communication skills (clear, confident, and professional on calls)
3. Strong phone presence and persuasion skills
4. Reliable internet and quiet workspace
5. Experience using CRM tools is a plus (Twidio, Privyr)
6. Ability to work US business hours (flexibility required)
7. Self-motivated with a strong closing mindset
