TikTok Shop Growth Manager (Beauty & Cosmetics)

About Us

PURE Cosmetics is a premium British beauty brand focused on naturally inspired haircare products. We're building one of the UK's leading TikTok-first beauty brands and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us long term.

This isn't a typical social media role.

You'll be responsible for growing our TikTok presence, building our creator network, increasing TikTok Shop sales and turning content into revenue.

If you're excited by growing brands, testing new ideas and seeing your work directly increase sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

You will own our entire TikTok ecosystem.

Content Strategy
Plan and execute our TikTok content strategy
Research trends daily
Create weekly content plans
Write engaging video concepts and scripts
Optimise captions, hashtags and SEO
Analyse competitors
Continuously improve content based on performance
Creator & UGC Management
Find and recruit creators daily
Build long-term creator relationships
Manage product gifting
Negotiate collaborations
Manage affiliate partnerships
Brief creators
Review and approve content
Track creator performance
Scale winning creators
TikTok Shop
Optimise product listings
Improve conversion rates
Manage product collections
Create bundles and offers
Optimise product pages
Plan promotions
Help maximise TikTok Shop revenue
Community Management
Respond to comments quickly
Reply to direct messages
Build an engaged community
Turn customer questions into content ideas
Encourage repeat customers
LIVE Selling
Plan LIVE events
Organise products
Coordinate creators
Analyse LIVE performance
Continuously improve results
Content Production

You'll oversee the complete content pipeline.

Including:

Planning
Scripting
Editing (CapCut preferred)
Posting
Scheduling
Repurposing content
Testing new formats
Creating high-performing UGC-style videos

(We will provide product footage and can film additional content where needed.)
