Social Media Manager (Remote / Spain-based)

We are looking for a creative, food-loving Social Media Manager to help us share that story with the world, grow our online community, and bring more customers through our doors.

Job Overview
Position: Social Media Manager

Location: Remote (Must be aligned with or close to European time zones; knowledge of the local Spanish market is a plus)

Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time)

Compensation: $6.00 USD per hour

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality visual content (Reels, TikToks, photos, and stories) showcasing our daily bakes, behind-the-scenes kitchen magic, and customer experiences.

Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with seasonal treats, holidays, and shop promotions.

Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments, direct messages, and reviews with a warm, welcoming, and helpful tone.

Copywriting: Write engaging, appetite-inducing captions in both English and Spanish (or primarily Spanish, depending on your target audience).

Growth & Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, audio tracks, and bakery/food industry movements to keep our brand relevant.

Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role (prior experience with food, beverage, or hospitality brands is a huge plus).

A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Instagram Reels, TikTok).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet content deadlines.
