About the Role

We're seeking a full-time Customer Service Agent who is highly proficient in Shopify and Gorgias, has excellent phone support skills, and can confidently manage a wide range of customer needs. This role requires the ability to multitask across several brands, respond to inquiries quickly and accurately, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Respond to customer inquiries via email , live chat, and phone using Gorgias
Process orders, returns, and subscription updates in Shopify
Provide accurate and friendly product information
Troubleshoot shipping, order, or technical issues
Manage customer service tickets across multiple brands and ensure timely resolution
Escalate issues to management or fulfillment partners when necessary
Maintain professional and empathetic communication at all times
Track customer feedback and identify common questions or areas for improvement
Assist with backend customer service tasks related to third-party partnerships

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce
Expert knowledge of Shopify and Gorgias or equivalent store and help desk platforms. (required)
Strong phone support skills and professional phone etiquette
Excellent written and verbal communication
Able to switch between multiple business accounts and tasks without losing focus
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work tools (Slack, RingCentral, Google Workspace, etc.)
Positive, team-oriented attitude

Preferred Experience:
Previous work in health & wellness or the supplement industry
Experience with multi-brand customer support
Familiarity with shipping platforms and 3PL workflows
