Creative Content Lead & Operations Assistant – DJ & Thailand Lifestyle Brands

I am a professional DJ building two connected media brands:
DJ Donovan – DJ performances, nightlife, behind-the-scenes content and international DJ lifestyle.
Thailand Uncut – a German-language media brand about real life, lifestyle, nightlife and experiences in Thailand.
I am looking for a creative and highly organized right-hand person for an initial 30-day paid trial.
This is not a basic virtual assistant role.
I need someone who can help turn my ideas and raw footage into consistent execution. You should also contribute your own content ideas and help lead the content operation.
Your responsibilities:
Develop content ideas for both brands
Research trends, formats and competitors
Manage a content calendar
Organize the content workflow
Turn ideas and raw footage into clear briefs for video editors
Coordinate and manage freelance video editors
Review edits and request revisions before sending final versions to me
Prepare hooks, captions, titles and publishing plans
Track basic analytics and recommend improvements

The goal: I focus on vision, filming, performing, networking and final approval. You help lead the execution and bring me organized, high-quality work ready for approval.

Initial arrangement: Part-time, 30-day paid trial. Initial budget is approximately €250 for the trial period. There is an opportunity for a larger long-term role and increased budget if the collaboration and projects grow.
