Digital Marketing & Growth Manager
Full-Time Remote Position — Philippines
Compensation: $1,500 USD per month + Performance Bonuses
SBM Medical is hiring a full-time Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to take ownership of the online marketing systems for two physician-led healthcare brands:
- Hairbot MD — Hair restoration and transplant services
- Reinvi MD — Medical weight loss, hormone optimization, wellness, hair growth, body sculpting, and integrative medicine
This is not a basic virtual assistant or social media posting position.
We are looking for someone who can manage the complete digital marketing process—from generating and nurturing leads to building funnels, managing GoHighLevel, creating automations, reactivating old leads, cross-selling existing patients, coordinating advertising, and tracking results.
You will be expected to take ownership, identify opportunities, recommend improvements, and help build a reliable marketing system that produces consultations and revenue.
Compensation
- $1,500 USD per month
- Full-time position
- Performance bonuses based on measurable results
- Paid twice monthly
- Compensation and performance review after 90 days

Performance bonuses may be earned through:
- Qualified consultations generated
- Improvements in funnel conversion rates

- Achievement of agreed monthly performance goals
Bonuses will be based on results the employee can reasonably influence and will not be based solely on total company revenue.
Primary Responsibilities
GoHighLevel and CRM Management
You will manage the GoHighLevel systems for Hairbot MD and Reinvi MD.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining workflows and automations
- Managing pipelines and opportunities
- Organizing contacts, tags, custom fields, and lead sources
- Building forms, surveys, quizzes, calendars, and trigger links
- Creating email and SMS campaigns
- Monitoring workflows for errors
- Testing automations before launch
- Managing appointment reminders and confirmations
- Creating no-show and cancellation-recovery campaigns
- Maintaining accurate lead and patient records
- Building marketing dashboards and reports
- Documenting workflows and marketing systems
Funnel Development
You will build and improve funnels for services including:
- Hair-transplant consultations
- Hair-loss assessments
- Hairbot MD Ambassador Program
- Medical weight loss
- Hormone optimization
- Hair-growth treatments
- Emsella
- Body sculpting
- Wellness memberships
- Patient referrals
- Financing and payment options
- Lead reactivation
- Existing-patient cross-selling
You will continually test and improve:
- Headlines
- Offers
- Forms
- Landing pages
- Calls to action
- Booking processes
- Follow-up sequences
- Funnel conversion rates
Lead Nurturing and Follow-Up
You will create and manage campaigns for:
- New leads
- Unresponsive leads
- Missed appointments
- Leads who did not schedule
- Leads who scheduled but did not purchase
- Older leads who may still be interested
- Former patients
- Current patients eligible for additional services
- Patient referrals
- Reviews and testimonials
- Ambassador and influencer outreach
Every lead should have an organized next step and an appropriate follow-up journey.
Reactivation and Cross-Selling
A major part of this position will involve creating campaigns that generate additional revenue from our existing database.
Examples include:
- Hair-transplant patients to PRP, hair-growth treatments, and maintenance programs
- Weight-loss patients to hormone optimization and body sculpting
- Hormone patients to weight management and wellness services
- Existing patients to memberships and additional services
- Previous consultations to updated offers and financing options
- Former patients to follow-up services
- Satisfied patients to referral and review campaigns
The goal is to create thoughtful and relevant patient journeys—not simply send generic promotional messages.
Advertising and Retargeting
You should be able to coordinate or assist with:
- Meta advertising
- Google advertising
- Retargeting campaigns
- Audience development
- Landing-page alignment
- Campaign tracking
- Lead-source attribution
- Creative testing
- Advertising reports
- Coordination with media buyers, designers, or freelancers
You do not need to personally be the best media buyer, graphic designer, copywriter, and video editor. However, you must be able to manage the process, coordinate specialists, review results, and ensure campaigns are completed correctly.
Content and Social Media Coordination
Responsibilities include:
- Developing monthly content calendars
- Writing content briefs
- Writing social media captions
- Writing video hooks and scripts
- Coordinating video and graphic production
- Telling clinic staff what content needs to be recorded
- Organizing patient testimonials and before-and-after content
- Repurposing content across multiple platforms
- Publishing approved content
- Tracking which content generates leads and consultations
We care more about appointments and revenue than followers, likes, or views.
Outreach
You will help develop and manage outreach campaigns involving:
- Previous leads
- Existing patients
- Referral partners
- Community organizations
- Local businesses
- Ambassadors
- Influencers
- Former patients
- Strategic partners
Weekly Reporting
You will provide a weekly marketing report showing:
- Leads generated by source
- Leads contacted
- Response rates
- Consultations booked
- Consultation show rates
- Sales and conversions
- Revenue attributed to campaigns
- Cost per lead
- Cost per booked consultation
- Cost per acquired patient
- Funnel conversion rates
- Pipeline value
- Reactivation revenue
- Cross-selling revenue
- Reviews generated
- Campaigns completed
- Campaigns currently being tested
- Problems requiring leadership attention
- Recommendations for the following week
You must be comfortable being accountable to numbers and measurable results.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of digital marketing experience
- Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
- Experience creating workflows, automations, pipelines, funnels, and campaigns
- Experience with email and SMS marketing
- Experience building landing pages and lead-nurture sequences
- Strong written and spoken English
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to interpret marketing and funnel-performance data
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
- Reliable computer and internet connection
- Backup internet connection
- Willingness to overlap at least four hours with U.S. Central Time
- Ability to protect confidential business and patient information

First 90 Days
During the first 90 days, you will be expected to:
- Audit our existing GoHighLevel accounts
- Review all current funnels and automations
- Organize lead sources, tags, pipelines, and contact records
- Identify broken or missing workflows
- Improve immediate lead-response systems
- Build a reliable weekly reporting dashboard
- Create lead-reactivation campaigns
- Create patient cross-selling campaigns
- Improve appointment reminders and no-show recovery
- Document major workflows
- Develop a 90-day marketing and campaign calendar
- Recommend the highest-priority growth opportunities for each brand
Working Schedule
This is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines.
The employee must be available for at least four hours of overlap with U.S. Central Time for meetings, communication, campaign coordination, and collaboration with clinic leadership.
Some tasks may be completed during normal Philippine working hours.
