We're Prime Virtuals, looking for a detail-oriented Freelance Billing Specialist to manage Dubsado billing workflows on an as-needed, pay-as-you-go basis.
What you'll do:
Manage Dubsado billing — create and send invoices, contracts, and payment reminders
Process payments via Stripe/Square and reconcile against client records
Follow up on overdue invoices and resolve billing queries
Generate monthly billing reports for review
Ensure all billing data is accurate and up to date
What we're looking for:
Proven experience with Dubsado (invoicing, contracts, payment tracking)
Comfortable with Stripe and/or Square reconciliation
Detail-oriented, reliable, and responsive
Available on an ad-hoc basis you're paid for the time you work
UK timezone (GMT/BST) or close to it preferred
