We are looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Production Assistant to help create premium editorial-style sports artwork.
This is not a role focused on creating original concepts from scratch. Instead, you’ll be working from an established design system and Photoshop templates to produce consistent, high-quality artwork featuring football, basketball and other athletes.
You’ll be provided with templates, guidelines and examples, and will be expected to follow our production process accurately.
There is long-term work available for the right person.

Responsibilities
- Create premium sports artwork using existing Photoshop templates.
- Source high-quality player images from approved sources.
- Remove backgrounds and prepare images for use.
- Research and verify player statistics and achievements.
- Write short editorial biographies following our style guide.
- Select colour palettes from player imagery.
- Populate Photoshop templates with text, colours and imagery.
- Export artwork in multiple formats.
- Organise project files using our folder structure.
- Maintain consistency across every design.

Required Skills
- Strong Adobe Photoshop skills.
- Experience using Smart Objects.
- Comfortable working with layer-based PSD files.
- Excellent eye for alignment, spacing and typography.
- Able to follow detailed instructions precisely.
- Good research skills.
- Strong English writing ability.

- Able to meet deadlines.
