Job Overview
We are a US-based wholesale eCommerce business selling on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other online marketplaces. We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Marketplace Listing & Sourcing Specialist to help source profitable wholesale products, create and manage marketplace listings, and expand our product catalog across multiple sales channels. This role combines manual wholesale product sourcing with marketplace listing management, cross-listing, and catalog maintenance. Amazon wholesale sourcing experience is required. Experience with Walmart, eBay, or other eCommerce marketplaces is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Source profitable wholesale products using supplier catalogs, Keepa, AZInsight, and other research tools.
• Analyze product profitability, sales history, competition, and eligibility before sourcing.
• Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.
• Cross-list products across multiple marketplaces while maintaining accurate product information.
• Manage and update existing listings, including revisions, re-listing, and ending listings when needed.
• Match products using ASINs, UPCs, GTINs, and SKUs to ensure listing accuracy.
• Maintain organized product catalogs and inventory records across marketplaces.
• Work closely with the Marketplace Growth Lead to identify opportunities to expand product listings and improve marketplace performance.
• Perform other marketplace and eCommerce-related tasks as assigned.
