About the Role

We are a fast-growing Australian labour hire and recruitment company based in Melbourne, Australia, specialising in supplying temporary and permanent workers across construction, warehousing, manufacturing and industrial sectors.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation & Business Development Virtual Assistant to help us grow our client base.

This is a long-term position for someone who enjoys research, sales support and building relationships. Your role is to identify potential clients, build prospect lists, keep our CRM organised and help our sales team generate new business opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Research construction companies, builders, civil contractors, warehouses, manufacturers and industrial businesses across Australia.
  • Find decision makers including Directors, Operations Managers, HR Managers, Site Managers and Procurement Managers.
  • Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Google, company websites and business directories.
  • Verify company information and contact details.
  • Maintain and update our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Import and organise leads.
  • Assist with cold email campaigns.
  • Assist with LinkedIn outreach.
  • Prepare personalised sales email s.
  • Follow up leads via email .
  • Book appointments for our Business Development Managers.
  • Track all sales activities and update reports.
  • Identify new market opportunities.
  • Research upcoming construction projects and businesses likely to require labour hire services.
  • Continuously improve our lead generation process.

Essential Requirements

? Excellent written and spoken English

? Previous Lead Generation or Sales Support experience

? Strong internet research skills

? High attention to detail

? Excellent organisational skills

? Comfortable working independently

? Reliable internet connection

? Quiet home office

? Fast learner

Experience working with Australian businesses or recruitment agencies will be highly regarded.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Your success will be measured by:

  • 80–120 new qualified companies researched per day
  • 40–60 verified decision-maker contacts added to the CRM per day
  • CRM kept accurate and organised
  • High-quality prospect lists
  • Sales campaigns prepared on time
  • 20–30 qualified appointments generated each month
