We're Asman LLC, a Delaware-registered US company launching a Private Label brand on Amazon.com, sourcing products from China. We're hiring a full-time Amazon FBA Manager to own the entire process — from product research through launch and scaling.
This is a real full-time position, not a one-off task. You'll be the primary operator of our Amazon channel.
What you'll do:
Product research and unit economics analysis
Sourcing and negotiating with China-based suppliers, coordinating samples and QC
Setting up and managing Seller Central, listings, and Brand Registry
Keyword research, PPC campaign setup and optimization
Inventory planning, shipment coordination, account health monitoring
Weekly reporting to ownership (dashboard + decisions needed)
What we need from you:
2-3+ private label products you've personally launched on Amazon (not courses, not consulting — direct hands-on account management)
Ability to show anonymized results: revenue growth, ACoS/TACoS numbers, P&L
Working knowledge of Helium 10 or Jungle Scout, Amazon Ads, China sourcing, FBA logistics
Strong English and Excel/Google Sheets
Pay: $1,500-$2,000/month (based on verified experience) + 3-5% performance bonus after break-even
Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours with reasonable US overlap
Probation: 90 days, paid
