SMS Campaign Manager (Vacant Land Real Estate)

We’re a rapidly growing U.S. land investment company specializing in purchasing vacant land directly from property owners through high-volume SMS marketing.
We don't hire people to simply answer messages.

Your Responsibilities
Manage daily SMS campaigns inside Smarter Contact
Respond to seller messages within 5 minutes
Label and organize every lead correctly
Follow company texting scripts and processes
Know when to escalate sellers to the acquisitions team
Launch and monitor SMS campaigns
Restart campaigns when phone numbers expire or performance drops
Re-market campaigns every 90 days
Follow up with sellers who are close to accepting an offer
Track the number of offers sent each day
Ensure the acquisitions team always has enough qualified properties to price
Track, maintain, and report daily, weekly, and monthly KPI metrics
Identify opportunities to improve our systems and workflows
Document new processes that increase efficiency
