DM Appointment Setter / VA (Instagram)

We run an agency that helps Online Fitness Coaches get more clients through social media content & ads, and we’re growing at a rapid rate.

I am looking for a hard-working, English-speaking DM appointment setter who has previous experience booking calls and talking to prospects specifically via Instagram for service-based businesses (preferably online coaches). You will need to send 120+ DMs to people who engage with the client's content + 100 follow-up messages per day.

YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO WORK 9-5 IN THE US EST TIMEZONE, Monday through Saturday.

From there, nurture leads and book calls. Then update tracking sheets and send back daily reports to me.
You will be provided with SOPs, scripts, and a detailed 25+ module video training on Appointment Setting.

Role: 120+ DMs and 100+ Follow-ups per day
Salary: $350 base + $10 per booked call (+ bonuses for performance)
OTE: $650 (up to $1-1.5k with bonuses)

If you can do a good job on 1 account, we can discuss placing you in another client's account = increase the base + opportunity to earn more in commission. ($1500+/month)
