????Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Work-from-Home Affiliate Agents. In this role, you will conduct outbound calls using a provided contact list and communicate with clients in pure Tagalog. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

This is a full-time remote position with a fixed schedule from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, including a one-hour break. Successful candidates will receive a competitive basic salary, performance-based salary increases, commission opportunities, and incentives for top performance.

????Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls using the assigned contact list.
Communicate professionally with clients in pure Tagalog.
Follow company scripts, guidelines, and instructions.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Demonstrate professionalism, commitment, and reliability.

Qualifications:

?Open to fresh graduates, undergraduates, and experienced applicants.
?With or without call center experience.
?Willing to undergo training.
?Hardworking, disciplined, and committed to the assigned schedule.
?Able to follow instructions and work independently.

Requirements:

?Own a mobile, laptop, desktop, or compatible device for work.
?Spare SIM card.
?Headset with clear audio.
?Stable and reliable internet connection.
?Quiet workspace suitable for making calls.

????Work Schedule:

????Monday to Friday
?11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
?10-hour shift with a 1-hour break

????Compensation and Benefits:

????Basic Salary: Up to ?15,600 during probation.
????Up to ?18,000 basic salary after successful probation.
????Monthly salary increases based on performance.
????Commission from affiliate downline.
????Performance-based incentives and recognition.
