About HeyPearl

HeyPearl helps real estate professionals grow their businesses through AI-powered marketing, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), SEO, content marketing, and lead generation. We're looking for a proactive, results-driven Lead Generation VA to help us connect with real estate professionals across the United States through Facebook outreach and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities
Join and actively participate in real estate-related Facebook Groups.
Identify and engage with real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals.
Start meaningful conversations through Facebook Messenger to generate qualified leads.
Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce HeyPearl's services and identify potential clients.
Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead status in the CRM.
Follow up consistently with prospects across multiple touchpoints.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment-setting goals.
Submit regular activity and performance reports.
Qualifications
Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, sales, or cold calling.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects.
Experience using Facebook for networking, outreach, or lead generation.
Confident initiating conversations and handling objections professionally.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with real estate agents or real estate companies.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
Understanding of the U.S. real estate industry.
Experience with social selling, Facebook Groups, and Messenger outreach.
