Keyland Compliance Group is seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Remote Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team.
This position combines customer service, CRM management, lead follow-up, email marketing support, inbound call handling, and sales assistance.
Position Type:
Remote Independent Contractor
Full-Time Opportunity — Approximately 40 Hours Per Week
Schedule Requirement:
Candidates must be available to work flexible hours based on company operational needs, customer demand, and U.S. business hours. Occasional schedule adjustments may be required.
Compensation Package:
???? Starting Pay: $1.00 USD per hour
(Compensation based on experience, skills, reliability, and performance)

Qualified team members may increase their hourly rate up to:

Estimated Weekly Base Pay:
Starting Rate:
$2.00/hour × 40 hours = $80 USD/week
Approximately ?4,600+ PHP/week
Maximum Performance Rate:
$4.00/hour × 40 hours = $160 USD/week
Approximately ?9,200+ PHP/week
(PHP conversion may vary based on exchange rates.)
Sales Commission Opportunity:
Team members who participate in customer acquisition and sales activities can earn additional commissions:
???? Up to $17 USD commission per completed customer contract sold
Example earning opportunities:
- 10 contracts = up to $170 additional commission
- 25 contracts = up to $425 additional commission
- 50 contracts = up to $850 additional commission
Job Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain customer lead information accurately within CRM systems
- Manage customer records, lead status, and sales pipeline information
- Prepare and organize mass email campaigns for potential customers
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally using company phone systems
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding company services
- Assist customers with questions, inquiries, and account information
- Follow up with leads and potential customers
- Identify sales opportunities and assist with customer conversions
- Maintain detailed customer notes and communication records
- Work closely with management and sales teams to improve customer experience
Required Qualifications:
? Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
? Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
? Experience using CRM systems or customer databases
? Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
? Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace
? Ability to work independently and meet performance expectations
Phone System Requirement:
Candidates must have experience with cloud-based phone systems, preferably RingCentral or similar business phone platforms.
Experience should include:
- Answering and transferring calls
- Managing customer conversations professionally
- Using call features such as hold, transfer, notes, and call history
- Following call routing procedures
Preferred Experience:
- Customer service representative experience
- Call center experience
- Virtual assistant experience
- CRM/data entry experience
- Sales support or lead generation experience
- Email marketing experience
- Experience supporting U.S.-based companies
