We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting & Operations Coordinator to support our growing U.S. business.
This position combines accounting support, financial tracking, reporting, and administrative responsibilities. Training will be provided for our internal systems and processes.
Responsibilities
Maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) records
Track customer payments and vendor invoices
Maintain financial and operational spreadsheets
Assist with billing, reporting, and payment tracking
Support company compliance and administrative tasks
Organize financial and project documentation
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Experience with U.S. bookkeeping or accounting
QuickBooks Online experience preferred
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal English
Highly organized and dependable
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience supporting a U.S. small business
Experience with project-based businesses is a plus
