About the Role

We are a growing cleaning company based in London, UK, and we are looking for two experienced Virtual Assistants to join our team as Cold Calling Specialists.

Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to promote our professional cleaning services, generate interest, and convert prospects into qualified leads. While we will provide full training on our services and sales process, applicants must already have proven cold calling experience.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers across the UK.
• Promote our residential and commercial cleaning services.
• Build rapport with prospects and identify their cleaning requirements.
• Generate and convert at least 2–3 qualified leads per day.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Follow call scripts while communicating naturally and professionally.
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in cold calling or outbound sales (required).
• BPO or call centre experience is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Confident handling objections and engaging potential customers.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and target-driven.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Technical Requirements

• Stable and reliable high-speed internet connection.
• A dependable computer or laptop.
• A quality noise-cancelling headset with a clear microphone.
• A quiet, professional workspace with minimal background noise.

Working Hours

Training Period: 4 hours per day (Part-Time)
The initial training period will be conducted on a part-time schedule (4 hours per day). This allows both you and our team to assess your performance, communication skills, and overall fit for the role.
Successful candidates will be offered a full-time position of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, with fixed weekends (Saturday and Sunday) off.

Training

We provide full training on our services, systems, and sales process. However, this role is not suitable for beginners—previous hands-on cold calling experience is required.
